Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be served at the Clarion Sign Hotel, Tuesday evening 6:30 pm. Dinner is included in the conference registration (optional if you have a one-day pass).

Lightly pan-seared tuna with Asian cabbage salad and soya beans
Lemon and herb seared corn-fed chicken breast with Bourguignonne garnish and creamy spelt
Chocolate tarte with mango and raspberry salsa

If you have special food requirements that you did not enter when registering or if you know that you cannot make it to dinner, please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible.
