Executive Day

The executive day is being held on Oct 31, 2011 and brings together senior leaders from industry and academia to discuss the challenges associated with enterprise transformation. Given the rapid pace of change in software-intensive organizations, leaders have to balance between maintaining organizational stability to exploit existing capabilities, and creating organizational flexibility for exploring new opportunities. The goal for this one-day session is to establishing a network of peers who are actively engaged in transforming their enterprises, and have them share the context behind their successes and failures.

We recognize that for transformation efforts to be successful, you need a strong, well-articulated case for change, which is driven by senior leadership and effectively engages all levels of the enterprise. The question is, how we initiate the transformation? And more importantly, how do we sustain it? During these sessions, you will hear about the underlying reasons for the change efforts, the frameworks and tools that senior leaders have used to guide their transformation efforts, and most importantly, the lessons learned and success stories.

The Executive Day has very limited places, and is by invitation only. If you are interested in participating, please email Jayakanth Srinivasan for more information.
